①How to use

After confirming your order, we will send the details of your order to the email you registered.

②About payment

③About cancellations and changes after ordering

Once your order is confirmed, we will automatically move to the shipping procedure via system linkage, so we cannot accept cancellations or changes to your order once it is confirmed.

④About delivery

About domestic delivery

Domestic shipments will be made by Sagawa Express and Japan Post.

It usually takes 1 to 4 weeks for products to be delivered after your order is completed.
